Recognise!

I'm kind of sick of seeing the same designs on the top designers list week after week after week.

There are so many amazing designers out there that deserve recognition for the amazing talent they have with stardesign.

Although this blog isn't a very popular one, I felt the need to spread the word for these amazing designs, and undisovered talent.

More specific voting!

I really like this new feature stardoll has added.

Now instead of only being able to vote for stardesign fashion and only having top designers for just the fashion aspect of stardesign, it's now for all of them.

So now when voting you can vote for fashion aswell as jewellery and furniture. Although the bad thing about this new feature is that if lets say you vote for furniture, all three refresh instead of just the furnitures. So if you see both furniture and clothes that you like you can only vote for on before the WHOLE page refreshes.

Hopefully as they further improve the site they'll look into that.

WOW, not 66 stardolars but 617! Amazing discount don't you think?

I've been getting really annoyed about this. Lately stardoll has been having A LOT of glitches and problems with the site.
Contest entries wouldn't work, items would have double in the starplaza and now everything in one store is priced at 617 stardollars.

anyway so there has been no update with Hannah and without her it's pretty hard organising all the pages etc so I'll be getting rid of the pages and combining them all into the home page.
I'll be posting less spoilers (sorry guys), no rare sale advertisements and instead focus more on freebies and stardoll news/gossip.

I'm also thinking about adding tutorials for really cool designs.
I've already made one on how to make that superman tee I have in my suite ;)

Apology

I'm very sorry for the recent lack of updates.

I've been travelling. I was in korea and now I'm in Turkey to see my relatives and stuff until october 7th-ish. I do have a usb 3g internet connection but I'm here to be with family not to go on the computer.

Because of that there will be very rare updates as I'm not on stardoll as much and don't know whats been happening in the land of Stardoll.

As for Hannah I don't know whats happening. I went on stardoll today and found her club deactivated and her account non existant.

I don't know the reason. And I don't know if she made another account or left stardoll completely although I'm hoping its the former.

Pretty N Love

So Stardoll has been renaming their brands.









One one my personal favourites Bisou is now Bonjour Bizou.


The new name sounds pretty bad don't you think?

And one of their oldest brands Pretty In pink has just been renamed to Pretty N' Love.

I mean really stardoll? THAT'S what you're naming it?

Pretty In Pink has been one of stardoll's oldest brands. I remember with my old account in 2006 it was there. And it still was. It had really cheap clothes that were gorgeous.
Now the names of Stardoll brands are changing. The prices of clothes are increasing and the styles are getting a little...stranger.

I remember before when there was a 50% off sale EVERY item would be under 5sd and that was considered expensive! I remember buying tops for 1sd and dresses for 4.
Sure, you only got 50sd for $5 but the clothes were things I would wear in real life with pride.



But back on topic.



What do you think of stardolls attempt at renaming brands?
Are these new names better or worse?
Do you think they will do this for every stardoll brand they currently have?

Nail Polish Released!

Remember a few days maybe a week ago how I also posted a spoiler about nail polish? Well its been released! Their is a new store in starplaza(I thought it would have been in the store sprinked but it has its own store) called Polished. There are plain, coloured nail polish aswell as patterned ones such as leopard print, polka dots, zebra stipes. Personally my favourites are the Zebra stipes, stardoll colour and the Leaopard printed one with the top coat. Again they are for superstar only *sad face* and prices range from 6-15 stardollars.

Today stardoll released the new store that I had posted the spoiler too a few days ago (Sprinkled).

My assumption of the store was actually pretty close, there arn't any body tattoos but there are nail stickers/gems, hand tatoos among many others.

I bought 3 tattoos they are pretty cheap ranging from 2-4sd. But what really sucks is that they are superstar only :(

Hopefully stardoll will release some non-superstar nail accessories soon.

In the picture above you can see what the nails look like. to simply view other stardoll superstar members nails either go to their suite and move your cursor over it, or go to their medol editor and press the new feature/option 'Hands'.

Cheak out the new April Hot Buys collection! I absolutly love this series, I love the Shoes and the Cobra Brace! I'm so excited, I can't wait for them to come out!

New shop: Pet-O-porter

One word: ADORABLE! Not only do they blink but they are just sooo cute! Not to mention pricey! I saw these on the spoilers a few days ago and was like NAW! I thought they would be sold in the starplaza under the pets catagorie and was like: 'I'M BUYING THEM ALL!!' But then they were launched... :P Stardoll has really been into limited item nowadays and this store is not exception. Every pet is priced at 100sd with a limited amount of each for sale. Most of them are sold out so if you want one you better hurry!

Also the room is for sale, priced at 50stardollars.

They hit 100millions!

Yay. Although the so called 'free gifts' actually require you to buy or extend your superstar, I am hopin stardoll will release something that is actually 100% free for everyone. Since without each individual there wouldn't be 100million members.

100 MILLION MEMBERS!

Hey everyone, I havn't posted for a while because of the unbelievable amount of school work i have been getting, there is one week left of school and i still have 6 assignments due *sigh*.

Anyways.

Stardoll as you all know, has been getting ready for the huge 100million member milestone!

To celeberate this awesome achievement stardoll is holding another lottery like thing.

If you have been a member for as long as I have, you will remember that when stardoll hit 10 million members they held a lottery were a few lucky members recieved the incredably rare and most wanted lottery dresses!

More Graphic Difficulties on Stardoll

I am sure by now you would have noticed that Stardoll is having some technical difficulties. I understand that Stardoll must be trying everything they can do to help the problem, but there are other difficulties as well that have been on Stardoll for over a month and they have not fixed them yet. I don't know about others, but these problems are starting to annoy me, I hope Stardoll can fix the issues soon!

New Superstar Skin Tones

Stardoll has added another option to the Beauty Parlor, Superstars can now choose their skin tone! I think this is a really good idea for thoose that are not entirly happy with their Me Dolls' skin tone and can never decide what tone to have.
